According to reports, the evaluation for the Leading Zhejiang Private Enterprises in Social Responsibilities is primarily based on research data on private enterprise social responsibility, organized by All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. This assessment considers various quantitative indicators, such as tax contributions, employment rates, and involvement in charitable activities, among others, across 9 aspects. Qualitative assessment involves 45 indicators across 8 dimensions, including shareholder involvement, employee welfare, ecological sustainability, and responsible governance. An evaluation team is responsible for assessing these criteria, resulting in the selection of the top 100 leading enterprises in social responsibility for the year 2023 in Zhejiang province.
